Sodexo is recruiting a passionate and experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and catering services at Avon and Somerset Police HQ. In this key role, you’ll manage operations across a complex portfolio, ensuring high standards, compliance, and excellent client relationships. What you’ll do: Oversee cleaning services across 53 sites and catering at 2 key locations Ensure full compliance with HSE and food safety standards Lead and develop on-site service leads and teams Drive strong financial performance, meet KPIs, and control costs Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver continuous improvements Champion employee engagement and team development initiatives What you bring: Experience managing multi-site cleaning and/or catering operations Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and service excellence Excellent leadership and team development skills Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management Recognised qualifications in catering, hospitality, or facilities management (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CIEH Level 3, City & Guilds) Desirable: IOSH qualification, IFM accreditation, and experience in a policing or government environment What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
