Overview
Montcalm Royal London House are looking for a skilled and
ambitious Concierge to join our team. You will play a pivotal role by providing personal and exceptional service to all guests in accordance
with our brand standards.
Help to shape the Montcalm Collection’s next chapter and
showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and
take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the
service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of
customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Providing the highest possible standard of service to the
guests.
* Ensuring that all messages and facsimiles are delivered to
guests as quickly as possible.
* Being familiar where all rooms are located and what
facilities each type of room offers to the guest.
* Ensuring that the entrance and surrounding areas are kept
clean and tidy at all times.
* Ensuring that all guest requests are met and followed up in
a polite and efficient manner.
* Having a thorough knowledge of the hotel and the company.
* Promoting other Montcalm Hotels and restaurants.
* Good knowledge of London and continually update knowledge of
the latest trends.
* Seeking ways to maintain, improve and effectively manage the
porters and doormen.
* Carrying out any other reasonable requests as instructed by
manager.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent level of spoken and written English
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Approachable, professional and an eye for detail
* Comprehensive knowledge of London restaurants and
attractions
* Knowledge of Opera (Desirable)
* Previous experience in a 5* property preferable.
Eligibility
Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK.
