Offer description

* Contact assigned leads, complete online/phone surveys in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Follow scripts, when conducting client surveys, and submit accurate records of completed surveys.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling efforts.
* Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Conduct administrative meetings with new clients and staff as assigned.
* Process payments for sales made as instructed by management.
* Audit completed work of clients to ensure that required quality standards, regulations, and procedures are being followed.

Person Requirements: -

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and yet maintain confidentiality.
* Attention to detail, and ability to identify errors that could pose risks.
