Responsibilities
* Support the Superdrug Learning offer for Head Office & Healthcare.
* Identify learning needs.
* Design learning content – digital and in‑person.
* Work with PDM to ensure induction sets teams up for success across Head Office & Healthcare.
* Facilitate learning – virtual and in‑person.
* Measure and evaluate success.
* Evaluate current development offer and recommend improvements.
* Contribute to projects.
* Serve as point of contact for Head Office & Healthcare.
* Engage stakeholders.
* Consider costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets.
* Maintain accurate and complete training records on the LMS.
* Process invoices and update budget tracker.
* Deliver regular updates on learning and development via the internal system (the Hub).
* Ensure mandatory/statutory training requirements are met.

Qualifications
* Experience in training design, delivery and evaluation.
* Experience in facilitation or confidence presenting to a group.
* Experience delivering training virtually via the ZOOM platform.
* Experience working with an LMS.

* Confidence communicating across all methods.
* Can‑do attitude and growth mindset.
* Adaptable approach and ability to challenge the norm.
