Therole:
As aCountry Payroll Leadfor UK,you willhelpdriveour goalsby:
1. Ensuring efficient and effective Payroll Service delivery across all entities in UK.
2. Playing a role in actualpayroll run: data validation, controls, signoff’s.
3. Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for UK payroll delivery and compliance requirements.
4. Leading and coaching payroll analysts, providing training and guidance to improve performance and capability.
5. Building strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Country/SiteManagers.
6. Managing vendorperformance in relation to UK service delivery;overseeing daily operations, resolving performance issues, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
7. Handling complex payroll cases and escalations, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
8. Ensuring compliance with global standards, SOPs, and audit requirements,maintainingaccuratedocumentation and controls.
9. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives,identifyingopportunities for process optimisation, and contributing to regional projects and knowledge sharing.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
10. Solid experience in UK payroll operations, ideally combined with exposure to payroll processing across multiple countries orjurisdictions.
11. People leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members to achieveobjectives.
12. Strong ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines to ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery.
13. Familiarity with HR systems (ideally Workday) and payroll platforms (ideallyCloudPay) would be an advantage.
14. Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel.
15. Ability to work effectively as part of a global team,demonstratingcollaboration and adaptability.
16. High attention to detail and a proactive approach, including initiating action, planning, and organising to deliver results efficiently.
17. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly to customers and stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
18. A good standard of business English, written and verbal, and fluency in English to enable global collaboration.
