Rosebank Care Home is a small friendly and home away from home residential dementia care home, here at Rosebank we strive to ensure that all our residents live a full and meaningful life.
We are currently seeking a passionate and caring Health Care Assistant to assist with the day to day running of the home through the night shift. Previous experience of working in a Care Home Setting preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Duties will include:-
* Supporting our residents with their daily activities such as personal care including infection control and prevention.
* Supporting at meal times
* Providing reassurance, comfort and a friendly ear.
* Supporting with duties around the home to maintain the health and safety of the home.
* Supporting with the safe moving and positioning of residents that require support.
* Working closely with the Senior Care Team to identify issues that may occur and work with action plans and processes to ensure that the Home is compliant and safe.
Happy to consider part time or full time applicates, shifts are 12 hours and timings are 8pm-8am.
Due to our remote village location and limited bus routes, you will need to be able to drive or have access to transport that will work with our shifts times.
