New Pharmacy Hub. New service. Be part of building something from the start.
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is launching a brand‑new pharmacy supply and dispensing service to support our mental health and learning disability wards and community teams across Sussex.
Based at our Swandean site in Worthing, this new pharmacy service will strengthen how medicines are supplied across the Trust - improving discharge flow, supporting urgent care services, and enhancing the experience of patients and clinical teams.
We are looking for 2 motivated, forward‑thinking pharmacy technicians to join us at the beginning of this journey.
This is not simply a dispensary role - this is an opportunity to help shape a modern, efficient, patient‑focused pharmacy supply model within a specialist mental health Trust.
You’ll be joining an award‑winning pharmacy team that values professional development, innovation and collaboration - and you’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive their medicines safely, efficiently and on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacy technician who wants more than routine dispensing - someone who enjoys working autonomously, solving problems, and being part of a service transformation.
