You’ll be responsible for the rewinding, repair, and testing of single phase and three phase AC motors, as well as small DC motors. The role also includes basic mechanical fitting work and hands on involvement with a wide range of rotating equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in high quality workmanship and enjoys working in a busy, engineering focused workshop. Key Responsibilities Dismantle, rewind, reassemble, and test AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, and associated equipment Carry out incoming inspections to identify electrical or mechanical faults Record all relevant data relating to motor characteristics, condition, and serviceability Prepare and inspect reusable parts, ensuring they meet required standards Operate specialist equipment including wi...
