McKenzies Ltd is a leading recycler of metals in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to grow within a fast-paced recycling & manufacturing environment. Our company is known for our dedication to safety, quality, transparency and customer service.
Duties Include:
* weighing and grading of metals
* sorting of metals
* processing of metals
* operation of plant and machinery
* general housekeeping
* follow company health, safety & environmental rules
* training of plant for future internal growth
Required Skills:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work in a team environment with others.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
* Ability to work overtime as required.
* Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to perform basic safety checks such as first aid or fire prevention tests or procedures in accordance with established procedures.
