Senior Sales Manager
£50-55,000 + bonus - London area
I'm working with a leading sporting organisation based in London who are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to join the team.
This role will be selling a premium membership/product and setting out a clear strategy to grow corporate memberships and services.
Job Responsibilities:
* Overseeing a sales team, setting out a clear and defines sales strategy to grow corporate memberships and retain clients
* Confidence owning pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline, using data to prioritise activity and make decisions
* Full ownership of budgets and oversight of sales performance across the team
* Driving sales across a variety of different premium products
* Management of a wide variety of corporate clientele, ensuring that each account
* Familiar with ticketing systems and CRM database management
* Work collaboratively with other departments across the business to ensure the best performance company wide
Candidate Specification:
* Proven experience owning and leading an inside-sales or conversion-focused sales function within a premium, hospitality, membership or service-led environment
* Background in dealing with corporate clients
* Experience managing a high-performing sales team
* Background working with CRM and ticketing systems
* Passion for the sports industry and ability to work flexibly across event days '
* Confident salesperson and excellent communicator
