The Division
NSS Testing specialises in the testing, inspection and installation of commercial building assets, including fall arrest systems, life safety equipment, automation and access control systems.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Height Safety Engineers or Installation Teams to join our skilled team.
We are particularly interested in hearing from existing teams (Lead Engineer and Engineer) who currently work together and would like to move roles as a pair.
The Role
As part of the team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing a range of height safety equipment across commercial buildings throughout the UK. This includes fall arrest and life safety lines, fall restraint and abseil eyebolts, gantries and walkways, guardrails, fixed and portable ladders and general lifting equipment.
You will ensure that all work is completed in line with relevant health and safety regulations and British Standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any additional works required following servicing or reactive works.
The role involves working professionally on customer sites nationwide and supporting other divisions within NSS when required.

Requirements
You should have a smart and professional appearance and manner, a full clean driving licence and the experience and competency required to work safely at height.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills, strong organisation and excellent attention to detail.
