Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to promote learning and development. Observe and record children’s progress, offering tailored support to help them achieve key developmental milestones. Create a stimulating and inviting learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration. Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing space for all children. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, encouraging open communication and collaboration. What We’re Looking For: Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification. Relevant experience working with children in an early years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Passion, dedication, and a nurturing approach to supporting young children.
