Orion Group is recruiting a Trainee Accounts Administrator for there successfull highland based client with a long history of delivering complex projects in challenging & demanding locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounts within a supportive environment, offering full training and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the processing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders
Supporting the preparation of financial reports and records
Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the accounts team
Liaising with suppliers and colleagues across the business
Answering the Phone
Organise training/maintain database
Monitor general email account
Process site paperwork
Internal plant allocation
Weekly Wage PaymentsWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Motivated and detail-oriented
Good IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive attitudeWhat’s on Offer:
