The RSK Group is looking to recruit a part time Office Administrator for the Glasgow office. This is a permanent part time role 20 hours per week Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm.


Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming external calls,
* Fielding visitors’ and callers’ queries,
* Managing the switchboard, placing calls and taking messages
* Responding to email requests and enquiries
* Maintaining meeting room, electric vehicles and hot desk calendars
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Arranging couriers
* Ordering office stationery, tea, coffee and milk supplies
* Providing administrative support to the Office Manager as required
* Support RSK businesses when required
* Oversee day-to-day operations including maintenance and repairs
* Support the office manager and safety officer to implement and monitor the company’s Health and Safety Management system, ensuring compliance with legal regulatory requirements.


Person Specification:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* IT literate and proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and Teams
* Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Willing to undertake any training relevant to the role


Salary and Benefits:

* £13,500 pro rate based on 20 hours per week (£27,000 FTE)
