The Role
As an Associate Director within our Transfer Pricing team, you will:
1. Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of high-caliber tax specialists, and contribute to coaching and development to meet objectives.
2. Assist in implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities.
3. Build and manage internal and external networks to generate fee-winning opportunities, supporting pitches with Directors and Partners.
4. Lead on assignments or support Directors/Partners, ensuring team management and development.
5. Manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering excellent service with minimal supervision.
6. Invest in your own development, achieve objectives, and seek feedback.
7. Act with integrity and align with the firm’s organizational values.
Candidate Profile
We seek ambitious, driven individuals who can adapt to changing markets and work at pace. The minimum criteria include:
* Qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) with experience at Manager level or above.
* Commercial awareness, strategic thinking, strong communication and analytical skills.
* Eagerness to learn and develop.
* Experience managing projects with limited supervision.
