Your new roleAs an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include:Taking accurate minutes during meetings and typing them up promptly (core part of the role)Preparing documents and correspondencePerforming mail mergesScheduling and arranging meetingsGeneral office administration tasksThis is a temporary role required until the end of February, potentially mid-March. It is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, however, my client may be able to accommodate a slightly earlier start or finish time.
