We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Executive to join our team, representing Haleon across grocery and key retail channels. In this role you will drive product availability, visibility and compliance in-store, bringing brands to life through impactful merchandising, promotional activations and strong retailer relationships. Responsibilities
* Execute in‑store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
* Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs and compliance standards, capturing accurate data and insights.
* Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
* Manage your territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability and attention to detail.
* Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
* Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism and a results‑driven mindset.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Confident using smartphone apps, including photo upload and reporting tools.
* Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise your own workload.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
* Adaptable, reliable and results‑driven.
* Previous field merchandising, retail or sales experience and/or experience in grocery or FMCG environments (advantageous but not essential).
* Experience working in a data‑led environment, using reporting and analytics to optimise results.

* Salary: £28,000 plus 10% bonus.
