Key Responsibilities
As a Major Projects Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:
* Lead the electrical design for large, complex construction projects, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective delivery from concept to construction.
* Provide high-quality electrical designs and specifications that meet client requirements.
* Offer high-level technical advice in electrical building services engineering during project design meetings.
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Promote and implement sustainable design solutions.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges during design and construction phases, proposing innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A degree in Electrical Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and are a member of CIBSE or IET, or working towards becoming chartered.
* Experience demonstrating your capability to fulfill the role’s responsibilities, with a high level of knowledge in your discipline.
* The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an easily understood manner.
* Experience in applying quality procedures and document control in engineering design.
* The ability to pass the BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) requirements.
