We're growing rapidly and are looking for talented, empathetic individuals to be the first point of contact when things go wrong in our customers' homes – from boiler breakdowns to burst pipes and everything in between.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Answering inbound calls and handling new emergency claims with urgency and care
* Logging accurate details of the incident using internal systems
* Verifying policy coverage and providing clear updates to customers
* Coordinating callouts with our nationwide network of engineers and contractors
* Managing customer expectations with empathy and professionalism
* Escalating high-risk or vulnerable cases where appropriate
* Delivering excellent customer service, every time

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, or customer service
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to stay calm and supportive under pressure
* Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working with computer systems and multi-tasking
* A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
