Job Title: Global Program Manager – GTM Programs

Summary:
We are seeking a Global Program Manager to support and scale Cloud Marketplace initiatives with leading cloud technology partners. This role is responsible for driving new revenue through Marketplace procurement by collaborating with Sales, Partner Managers, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience working across enterprise systems like CRM, Excel, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Deal Support
* Act as a subject matter expert on Cloud Marketplaces Procurement Programs and serve as a strategic Deal Desk advisor.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, and Credit to structure deals aligned with internal and partner requirements.
* Ensure compliance with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
* Review and monitor pipeline submissions for marketplace procurement opportunities.
* Communicate approval decisions and deal structures to Sales and Partner Management teams.
* Maintain CRM data integrity and support data hygiene for reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
Project Management
* Implement and track project plans related to business process improvements and Salesforce.com enhancements.
* Oversee product listings and progress across cloud marketplaces.
* Draft and distribute regular communications, newsletters, and updates on deal status and wins.
* Work with internal teams to manage private marketplace offers, contract end dates, and renewals.
Team & Administrative Support
* Create and manage internal forms and distribution lists; onboard new hires to systems and teams.
* Manage communications channels including shared mailboxes and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
* Curate and govern internal sales collateral and enablement materials.
* Liaise with external design vendors for the creation and delivery of presentation materials.
* Maintain and update team organizational materials and slides.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience Level:
* Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and operational support.
* Hands-on experience with Excel (including VLOOKUP), CRM systems, Salesforce, and Power BI.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Teams or Slack, for team collaboration and communication.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Required Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP)
* Experience with CRM systems, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise collaboration tools
* Strong project management and process documentation skills
* Process engineering and continuous improvement mindset
