We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Abingdon headquarters. This role goes beyond client service, you’ll be a trusted partner to both our clients and advisors, serving as the advisor’s “right hand” in ensuring every relationship is managed with precision, care, and proactive support.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Partner with advisors as their key support in managing client relationships and service needs.
* Manage account servicing, including new account setup, transfers, maintenance, and money movement.
* Coordinate projects that improve office procedures and the client experience.
* Ensure all activities meet compliance and accuracy standards.
* Proactively identify and solve issues to exceed client expectations.
* Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices.
* Manage multiple priorities and projects with professionalism and quality control.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years of experience in financial services or banking (required).
* Strong understanding of client account processes (ACATs, distributions, money movement).
* Experience with custodians such as Schwab or Fidelity preferred.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
