Job Title: Business Consultant or Analyst (Hybrid role)


About the Job you are considering:

A hybrid role combining strategic consulting structured problem solving and handson technology assessment Candidate is expected to partner with the client to shape business problems assess solution options and translate strategic objectives into executable techno functional requirements for technology teams


Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


Your Role:

* Lead structured problem-solving using hypothesis driven analysis root cause analysis and impact sizing
* Support strategic programs including operating model changes process transformation initiatives and technology modernisation
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders helping define problem statements assess solution approaches and recommend data driven decisions
* Create executive ready presentations with insights recommendations and business cases for senior leadership forums
* Define KPIs success metrics and benefits tracking frameworks to measure initiative outcomes
* Analyse business platforms and processes systems and end-to-end requirements
* Elicit document and prioritise business requirements translate them into clear deliverables for engineering and product teams
* Contribute to functional technical design solution shaping data flows and testing activities
* Facilitate user story writing sessions backlog refinement and cross functional workshops
* Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions including data readiness system impacts integration requirements and tech debt considerations
* Work with cross disciplinary teams' functional domain technical to deliver solutions in complex enterprise environments
* Model and optimise processes identify gaps bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
* Use analytical methods to validate hypotheses analyse trends and support decision making
* Produce structured documentation including BRDs FRDs FSDs process flows and reporting artefacts
* Create visual representations of processes and systems using tools such as Visio or similar
* Use JIRA Confluence and standard project tools for tracking governance and documentation
* Engage stakeholders across business and technology ensuring alignment through the delivery lifecycle
* Identify risks dependencies and change impacts support change management training and adoption planning
* Apply structured prioritisation techniques to drive decisions and optimise delivery outcomes


Your Skills:

* Good years of work experience as Business Analyst
* MBA from a topB school
* Experience in Financial Services particularly in Retail Corporate lending Payments and related areas
* Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing sprint based deliveries
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong proficiency in JIRA Confluence and MS Visio
* Familiarity with Business Process Modelling Notation BPMN and SQL"
