About the role
As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.

4. Hands on operations - You’ll own your P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store, always with a focus on profitability and controllable costs (think hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control) which help maximise sales and profitability
