Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Perform grounds maintenance duties to ensure outdoor areas are well-kept and safe.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and mowing equipment
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
* Support gardening and horticultural activities to enhance the company's outdoor environment.
* Follow safety procedures and complete paperwork during all maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with team members to complete operations efficiently.
* Qualifications
* Proven of at least 3 years experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
* Mechanical knowledge related to garden machinery and power tools.
* Ability to operate equipment such as mowers and brushcutters, hedgetrimmers, etc
* Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* NPTC Parts PA1 and PA6 in Herbicide Applications
* LANTRA qualifications are desirable
