Creative Lead | Creative Events Agency | North Oxfordshire (Hybrid) | £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
We are working with a creative, full-service events agency based in North Oxfordshire, working with some of the largest, well-known clients in automotive sector. From corporate events to roadshows/tradeshows and product launches, they design and deliver experiences that are bold, meaningful, and memorable.
They have been going for over 30+ years and have created incredible retention from both their clients and staff who believe in what they do. Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Lead who also possesses outstanding 2D graphic design skills to join the team and support across all projects.
What you’ll do:
This is a proactive creative role. You’ll be providing ideation and strategic development across projects and providing creative delivery with 2D and 3D graphics to support both internal marketing and external events across all deliverables.
You’ll be:
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will help lead and support the Design Team, managing workloads and creative direction for the business. You will develop creative ideas, concept, proposals and project delivery whilst ensuring creative output aligns with client’s brand guidelines and overall strategy.
You will be a confident and clear communicator whilst talking with clients, internal teams and external suppliers. You will produce visually engaging graphics with strong attention to detail overseeing the design process from concept to print and stay up to date with client offerings, design trends to enhance the overall brand.
About you:
We’re looking for individuals who are from an events background – ideally agency side. What matters is you can work across multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all projects are to the highest of standards.
You might be:
A highly experienced 2D Graphic Designer or Studio Manager looking for your next role within a collaborative and creative environment.
Someone with a minimum of a 2-3 years’ experience at a mid-weight to senior level.
A naturally creative individual with exceptional attention to detail, consistently producing high-quality and impactful work.

Full-Time position Monday - Friday
Ideally North Oxfordshire based or surrounding county’s– this is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from the office Tues/Weds/Thurs with Monday and Friday’s as WFH
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
