You’ll be at the heart of planning and delivering IT projects, managing procurement, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the IT experience for staff and students, while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.There will be a requirement to travel across multiple school sites as part of this role, so access to a vehicle and a full UK Driving Licence is essential.**What We Are Looking For*** Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.* Strong understanding of enterprise-level hardware and networking (e.g., layer 3 devices, storage area networks).* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows, Intune, and Office 365.* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and end users.* Experience managing and developing multi-skilled IT teams.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing priorities.* A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS).* Educated to A-Level/BTEC or equivalent; professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2) desirable.**Join the GLF Schools Community**As a part of GLF Schools, you will join a community of staff dedicated to transforming education.
