Role Purpose

The Regional Retail Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of retail across multiple venues from Weymouth too Sheffield, Somerset too Slough and all our centres in between. This includes procurement, supplier relationships, stock and inventory management, and merchandising. The role ensures product and brand alignment, staying ahead of key retail trends, and creating commercially effective retail spaces that enhance both customer experience and business contribution. The position requires a strong balance of analytical, financial, and creative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver consistent results across a wide geographic region.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations to ensure best value and product alignment.

· Manage stock, inventory, distribution, and replenishment processes across all venues.

· Develop and implement retail business plans, including forecasting, assist with budget setting, and financial planning.

· Analyse retail data, prepare reports, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

· Stay ahead of key retail trends and ensure product and brand alignment with customer expectations.

· Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, merchandising layouts, and installations that optimise customer flow and sales.

· Conduct regular site visits (expected 2–3 days per week) to assess retail standards, support site teams, and implement business plans.

· Collaborate with site teams and regional colleagues to ensure retail contributes positively to overall business performance.

· Represent the region in group-level retail projects, influencing wider brand strategy and sharing best practice

· Strong financial and analytical ability, with advanced Excel skills.

· Commercially minded with forecasting, budgeting, and planning expertise.

· Detail-oriented, organised, and innovative in approach.

· Excellent relationship builder with both internal teams and external suppliers.

· Creative eye for space planning, merchandising, and customer flow.

· Effective communicator, able to present insights clearly and influence stakeholders.

· Resilient, adaptable, and able to balance site presence with regional and group responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
