Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Project Quality Lead at our manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales.

We are looking for a Project Quality Lead to work within the UK quality team, supporting the review of validation documentation for a new project build.

What you’ll do:
* Lead the creation of the Project Quality plan for a major capital project exceeding £50M.
* Review and approve engineering project documents including User Requirement Specifications, Validation Plans, Trace Matrices, Qualification protocols, etc.
* Collaborate with process engineers and third-party engineers to provide quality input into facility design.
* Develop the CQV strategy in partnership with C&Q engineers.
* Work with Operations & Engineering to develop Process Qualification and Validation Strategies.
* Leverage existing quality risk assessments and develop new ones for the new facility.
* Establish and report on quality metrics for the project.
* Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and timely document approvals.
What you'll need:
* A scientific degree or equivalent.
* Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of quality systems (cGMP and ISO9001 advantageous).
* Experience with equipment, process, and cleaning validation.
* Experience in various quality roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Q-Pulse or similar QMS software is a plus.
* A confident, flexible working attitude capable of adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
