About the role
Primary Teacher
Vision for Education is looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to support schools throughout Swansea and the surrounding areas on a flexible supply basis. There may also be opportunities for longer-term placements as school needs develop.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, so during registration you can choose the areas you would like to work in and how far you are willing to travel.
As a supply teacher, you will work within welcoming primary school environments, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils across a range of year groups. Responsibilities will include planning where required, delivering lessons and marking completed work.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs). Supply placements will contribute towards your induction period, making this an excellent opportunity to build experience within a variety of school settings.
Where possible, we aim to match teachers with placements that suit their preferred key stage or area of expertise, including Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2.
