Location: National (Retail Portfolio)
Are you ready to take the lead in managing one of our most prestigious dual-service retail contracts? We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work in close partnership with our National Operations Director, overseeing operations across cleaning and security services for a major retail portfolio of shopping centres and retail parks.
As Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the key strategic liaison between Churchill and our client, ensuring exceptional service delivery and performance across the entire contract. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes field accompaniment, and strategic planning to continuously drive improvement.
AsClient Relationship Manager,you will be responsible for:
* Act as the senior point of contact for client relationships at Director and MD level.
* Ensure delivery of services in line with the contract framework, maintaining full compliance with the tender and agreed objectives.
* Take full accountability for financial performance, including budget management and annual budget reviews with key stakeholders.
* Maintain high service delivery standards across all sites, ensuring exceptional QA and KPI scores.
* Conduct contract reviews with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
* Undertake regular site visits to assess quality standards and audit performance.
* Ensure regional teams adhere to client-specific expectations beyond standard KPIs.
AsClient Relationship Manager,you will have the following expertise and attributes:
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently communicate at senior client level.
* A proactive mindset – able to anticipate service dips and take early corrective action.
* Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead operational and management teams.
* Commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organised and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
* Experience in senior management within FM, Retail, or B2B contract environments.
* A strong track record in managing high-value, national contracts with proven growth performance.
* A valid UK driving licence is essential.
