What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the logistics and stores team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
1. Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
2. Handling export documentation and delivery notes
3. Ensuring accurate photographic dispatch records
4. Updating ERP systems and internal spreadsheets
5. Liaising with transport companies and internal departments
6. Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
7. Providing cover for logistics coordination when needed
8. Producing ad hoc reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
