Job Description
Care Assistant role and responsibilities
Every client is different, so there's plenty of variety, but your Care Assistant role may include the following:
* Spending time with clients
* Going on trips or accompanying clients to appointments
* Assisting with personal care
* Providing support with medication
* Helping with housework
* Preparing meals
* Going shopping with or for clients
Whatever our Care Assistants are doing, they're dedicated to taking the time to provide excellent and warm-hearted care. In turn, our Care Assistants know that they're working for a company that always has time for them and that values the fantastic work they do.
Qualifications
We welcome experienced carers and people who are new to care-either way, we provide full training and support. What's most important is that you're kind and caring, that you share our ethos and values, and that you're committed to helping your clients live happily and safely in the place they love best: their own home.
Please note that access to reliable transport is required. Employment is subject to a successful enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
