They are looking to hire a HubSpot Migration Manager - someone with a deep understanding of HubSpot functionality across Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Data Hub. In addition, hands-on experience and understanding of other CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Dynamics is essential. You will take ownership of end-to-end CRM migration projects, scoping data models within legacy systems and re-mapping them into HubSpot. Acting as a technical and business translator, you will ensure accurate, secure, and seamless data migrations into HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end CRM and HubSpot migration projects from platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, and other MAPs
* Lead client discovery workshops to map existing processes, data models, integrations, automations, and workflows
* Audit legacy CRM portals and advise on bespoke HubSpot architecture, optimisation strategies, and migration roadmaps
* Identify, document, and create a scalable and repeatable CRM migration framework for ongoing projects
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience across HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Data Hub, alongside platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics
* Previous experience within a HubSpot agency, consultancy, or CRM implementation environment is highly desirable
* Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to scope technical and business requirements clearly
* Ability to manage multiple CRM migration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
