Joining a busy team based in Stamford the role includes, but is not limited to: - * Provide advice to colleagues and clients in the creation, administration and termination of existing and new Trusts including: 1. The preparation of deeds and documents. 2. Trust Tax returns and accounts. 3. Use of HMRC Trust Registration services. * Offer advice and plan for Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax. * Advise on both Business Property and Agricultural Property Relief. * Work alongside internal and external departments in relation to Trust matters. * Prepare Declarations of Trust documentation. * Advise on Wills that involve Trusts and complex family issues. * Advise on taxable and non-taxable estates. Responsibilities and key duties will include: - * Provide excellent and ongoing support to existing clients. * Work alongside partners and fee earners to develop new business. * Help develop the Trust department and maximise opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of all work. * Keep up to date with all changes to the law in your field. * Produce your own fee earning income.
