 
        
        We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our eight Children's Homes, this role is based in Exeter or Okehampton. Okehampton is an established two bedroom home, and Exeter will be a new Home with three beds. You'll be at the heart of a committed team within Devon's Children's Social Care, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people.
Responsibilities
 * Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and support.
 * Ensure the home operates in line with individual care plans and regulatory standards.
 * Collaborate with professionals across services to achieve the best outcomes.
 * Champion a child‑centred approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
 * Experience managing a children's home and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
 * Strong leadership, organisational, and management skills.
 * A deep understanding of high‑quality care, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
 * Up‑to‑date knowledge of Childcare legislation, Ofsted regulations, and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
 * A QCF Level 5 diploma (or willingness to undertake it).
 * A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance.
 * UK Right to Work is required. We cannot consider visa sponsorship at this time.
 * The ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.

Essential Working Conditions
