Roles & Responsibilities
* Staff Management:Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff members.
* Customer Service:Ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards of service.
* Operational Oversight:Managing daily operations, including front of house, housekeeping, food service, and other departments.
* Financial Management:Supporting budget planning, cost control, and managing inventory.
* Compliance:Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
* Communication:Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and management.
* Performance Management:Evaluating staff performance, setting targets, and providing coaching and support.
* Reporting:Preparing reports for senior management on key operational metrics and issues.
* Event Management:Assisting with event planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
* Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
