Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure the highest standards of testing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate field technicians on multiple job sites.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
*
Monitor materials testing activities including soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing.
*
Liaise with project managers, clients, engineers, and contractors to maintain clear communication and resolve site issues.
*
Review and verify field test results and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
*
Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and used appropriately on site.
*
Train and mentor junior technicians and ensure ongoing adherence to QA/QC procedures.
Requirements:
*
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in materials testing or a related construction/testing field.
*
Strong knowledge of field and laboratory testing methods (ASTM, AASHTO, etc.).
*
Certifications such as ACI, NICET, or equivalent preferred.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
*
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
