Changan UK National Sales Company is now established in Birmingham, sharing the Changan UK R&D centre managing Commercial, Technical and Training for the UK. Sales are beginning through a nationwide Dealer network in September 2025.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic CRM & Dealer Marketing Manager to join our UK-based automotive manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial link between the manufacturer and our dealer network, crafting, executing, and optimising innovative retail marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence and accelerate dealer performance. Your expertise will empower dealers to connect with customers, showcase our vehicles, and drive showroom traffic across the UK.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or post-graduate Marketing qualification.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in retail marketing, preferably within the automotive or related sectors.
* Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation, ideally for dealer networks or franchises.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms and digital advertising tools.
* Creative flair paired with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving retail success.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and oversee retail marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Changan's brand values and business objectives.
* Create compelling campaign materials—including digital, print, POS, and event assets—that enable dealers to effectively engage local audiences and increase vehicle sales.
* Act as the principal liaison between the manufacturer and dealer marketing teams, providing resources, guidance, and training to ensure campaign success and consistency nationwide.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for optimisation and reporting on key metrics to management and dealers.
* Collaborate closely with national sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of retail campaigns with broader brand and product launches.
* Oversee the development and distribution of retail content, including social media templates, email marketing assets, and local advertising materials for dealers.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and media suppliers to maximise campaign reach, quality, and effectiveness within agreed budgets.
* Stay current with automotive retail trends and competitor activities, proactively identifying and implementing innovative strategies that set our dealer network apart.
* Support the development of a class leading CRM system.
* Map and optimise customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless data transfer to retail partners for effective follow-up that drives conversion, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty.
