Duties

* Engage in social media management to promote job vacancies and enhance the company’s online presence.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
* Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles.
* Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
* Maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance purposes.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Experience
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management strategies.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is beneficial.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
