Role and Responsibilities
* Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
* Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
* Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
* Building relationships with new and existing customers
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
* Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Confidence dealing directly with customers
Desirable experience
* Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
* Commercial awareness or customer development experience
This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
