Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a £100m+ construction project.
* Acting as Project Lead / No.1 on site.
* Direct reporting line to the Operations Director.
* Managing programme, commercial performance, quality, health & safety and client relationships.
* Leading, motivating and developing site and project teams.
* Driving build strategy, risk management and project governance.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Project Manager on large-scale building projects.
* Background working for a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 construction contractor.
* Experience delivering high-value (£50m–£100m+) construction projects.
* Strong leadership, commercial and client-facing skills.
* Ability to take full ownership and accountability for project delivery.
