Deputy Director of Adult Social Services - Inside IR35 The Deputy Director of Adult Social Services (Deputy DASS) plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high-performing, person-centred Adult Social Care in Haringey. As the Deputy DASS, the postholder will support the statutory DASS in fulfilling their responsibilities, acting as a key advisor and strategic leader across the Adult Social Care system. Their role will be to; Provide senior leadership and oversight to ensure continuity, resilience, and excellence in service delivery. Provide strategic oversight and support to the three Localities, cultivating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Through collaborative leadership and robust systems, they will enable consistent service delivery across localities, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and organisational standards. Lead the client’s contribution to the Neighbourhood Health Service, embedding Adult Social Care within the design and delivery of neighbourhood teams Develop and embed a strong and effective performance culture, driving performance to provide improved outcomes for residents.
