We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Antrim and Newtownabbey. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or elderly care requirements. As a Support Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks such as, meal prep, and supporting individuals in accessing community services.
