Digital & Technology Solutions Apprenticeship Coach
Location: Remote
Working within the QA Degree Apprenticeship team, you will be coaching and mentoring students to successfully complete their Degree Apprenticeship programme. You will also be marking academic assignments in partnership with the academic team.
Digital & Technology is a multi-discipline three year degree apprenticeship including: Cyber Security, data analytics, IT project management, and business systems.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, with some guidance, a targeted number of learners throughout their learning journey.
* Encourage learners to apply their newly acquired skills and knowledge in their day-to-day roles.
* Ensure learners have clear objectives termly to support their timely progression.
* Provide coaching via the appropriate methods to include Face 2 Face, Virtual, Scheduled, on demand, and flexible to best support individual learner needs.
* Support learners through their learning journey to successful completion of their EPA.
About You:
* Industry experience relevant to the degree that you support e.g., Software Developer/Engineer/Tester or Data Specialist/Analyst, IT Consultant/Project Manager, Network Engineer/Consultant, or Cyber Security Analyst.
* A technical degree.
* Prior coaching experience or a background in apprenticeships is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly compliant environment.
