Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
? Location: Barnsley / Rotherham
? Full-time | 40 hours/week
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care branch. If you’re a people-first leader who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in your local community.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, supervise, and support branch staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards.
* Conduct client assessments and care planning with a focus on dignity and independence.
* Manage rotas and ensure all care calls are covered effectively.
* Drive branch performance, quality, and business growth.
What You’ll Need
* Experience managing care services or leading teams in health/social care.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Flexibility to support out-of-hours cover when needed.
