Job Description
* Communicate professionally with all co-workers regarding discrepancies or queries.
* Report problems affecting quality or service delivery to the Team Leader or Section Manager promptly.
* Prepare and analyze samples accurately and timely.
* Report all samples correctly into LIMS.
* Prepare chemical standards and reagents following Standard Operating Procedures.
* Follow all provided Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintain a professional image by keeping equipment, work area, and PPE clean.
* Use company equipment responsibly and report any damage immediately.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining morale and offering help when needed.
* Prioritize safety at all times, reporting accidents and near misses immediately.
* Assist with on-site training of new employees, ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience.
* Operate instrumentation such as HPLC, GC-FID, UV-VIS, and Amino Acid analyzers after training.
* Demonstrate diligence, compliance, efficiency, and effective communication.
* Seek continuous improvement and opportunities for personal development.
