I'm working with a well-established independent creative agency in Leeds on a role that's a bit different to your typical SAM position, and if you've got a background in both account handling and production, it's well worth a read.
They do brilliant work, they've got a strong client base of well-known brands, and they've built the kind of culture where good people tend to stay. I'll tell you more when we speak.
About the role
This is a hybrid account handling and production role, so if you're a pure account person with no production experience, it probably isn't for you. But if you're someone who's just as comfortable on a photographic shoot as you are in a client meeting, read on.
You'll be leading day to day creative delivery across multiple campaigns, managing shoots from pre-production right through to post, and working closely with internal creative, copy and strategy teams. It's fast-paced, varied, and genuinely hands on.
What you'll need
At least five years of agency account handling experience, solid end to end photographic production experience including food photography, and a good understanding of retail marketing. You'll need to be someone who can lead and mentor junior team members, manage multiple projects without dropping the ball, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
The kind of person who'll fit
You're confident, solutions focused and agile. You don't wait to be told what to do next. You care about the quality of the work, and you take pride in delivering it properly, from the first brief to the final file.
