We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights team based in the UK.
The successful applicant will coordinate the collection and communication of Market Intelligence that informs GVA and Agency management of market dynamics and trends, with commentary on the potential impact on the business and recommended courses of action.
They will excel in collating a wide variety of secondary data sources to build and communicate a concise picture of the opportunities and risks that current and forecasted market trends offer MSC. They will also support the delivery of commercial results through professional Customer Insight programmes, including market segmentation, customer research, customer journey mapping, measurement, and feedback.

Skills And Experience You’ll Bring To Us
* University degree or equivalent qualification
* Strong customer-centric mindset
* Proficient in data analysis and segmentation
* Expertise in customer journey design, mapping, and measurement
* Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
* Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal abilities
* Effective project support and collaboration
How you will help us and what you can expect
As a Truly Customer Centric Thinker, You Will Coordinate Market Intelligence And Customer Insight Programmes Across Regions In The Following Areas:
* Deliver the collection and interpretation of rounded market intelligence and customer insight from relevant internal and external sources
* Implement and communicate regular management reports and customer satisfaction studies
* Identify and highlight trends to inform key business decisions
* Work closely with other key departments to identify customer experience improvements and ensure these positively impact customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability KPIs
* Coordinate the identification and selection of target market segments and support the delivery of market segment and experience strategies
* Contribute as a member of the Global Marketing Team, living the Brand and contributing positively to projects and team efforts as required
* Support the Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights Manager in delivering the strategy and function
