Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues via calls, emails, and chat channels
* Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to process guidelines
* Accurately record customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
* Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while meeting performance targets
* Escalate complex queries to relevant teams when necessary

Compensation & Benefits
* Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour (PAYE+ Holiday)
* Contract: 6-month contract with immediate start opportunities
* Additional Pay: Double time and triple time applicable depending on hours worked (e.g., bank holidays)
