Teacher of Drama/Dance
Full time or part time. Required from September 2026.

The role contributes to the delivery of the Drama/Acting curriculum at KS3 and KS4, ensuring high‑quality teaching and positive outcomes for all students. A capacity to teach Dance would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the Drama/Acting curriculum at KS3 and KS4, including Edexcel BTEC Acting and BTEC Dance at KS4.
* Plan, teach, and assess lessons with a focus on high standards and continual improvement.
* Collaborate with the Subject Leader and wider team to support curriculum development, teaching, learning and provision.
* Play a proactive role in the delivery of extracurricular arts provision, including the annual college musical production and performing‑arts clubs.
* Engage students and encourage their participation in drama and dance activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong interest in curriculum delivery and passion for engaging students in drama.
* Experience in teaching drama or dance, with knowledge of KS3/KS4 curriculum.
* Commitment to professional development and continuous practice improvement.
* Eligibility to teach at the relevant level and subject area and possess the necessary qualifications.
